This was my favourite snack as kid . Whenever idly‘s was left over this was there waiting for me when I got back from school.
Ingredients :
Oil to deep fry
Iddli left over
Method :
Cut the idly length wise .
Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry it.
Serve hot with ketchep.
