Cauliflower Cheese Balls

Cauliflower Cheese Balls is a special delicacy ,which steals the show always.

The Cauliflower blended with cheese is simply fantastic ,and also leaves a beautiful after taste which lingers for a while. This is one of the favourite of the household.

Serves : 3

Cooking Time : 40 min


Ingredients :

Cauliflower 1 cup ( grated )

Salt to taste

Oil 1 tsp

Maida 1 cup

Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Green chilly 2or 3 ( chopped )

Onion 1 ( copped )

Cheese 2 or 3 cubes ( grated )

Italian seasoning ½ tsp

Oil to deep fry


Method :

In a pan heat oil ,fry the grated cauliflower with little salt till dry.

Add this to Maida along with green chilly ,coriander leaves ,onions ,Italian seasoning and cheese .

Now by adding little water make a thick dough ( dropping consistency ).

Heat oil in a kadai and drop in this batter into small balls and fry to golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce.

It is a good idea to sprinkle grated cheese on top of the balls before serving. ( optional )
