Japanese Chicken Curry

This is a simple & easy curry which is made withsimple ingredients in the pantry.

A delicious dish which is versitile & can well with rice ,noodles too.

An amature can also get it right !! Cannot go wrong receipe !!

Serves :  5

Ingredients  :-

Chicken                      500 gms

Onion                         1 (sliced )

Tomato                      1 (sliced )

Curry powder         ¾ -1 tsp ( to taste )

Leeks                        1 tbsp ( chopped )

Salt                           to taste

Method :-

In a kadai heat oil .

Add onions fry till brown.

Add tomatoes  fry till mushy.

Add the curry powder ,chicken salt ,leeks & fry well.

Add 1 cup of water & close cook till tender.

If need be slow it boil till raw smell fades away.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice.
