Egg Paneer Toast

Egg Paneer Toast is an easy recipe and a good addition to the lunch box .

This would usually take a place in the weekly menu ,when the kids were school going.

A perfect dish for the kids enriched with proteins and vitamins.

Serves : 2-3

Cooking Time : 30 min


Ingredients :

Onion 1(chopped )

Green chilly 1(finely chopped )

Coriander leaves 1-2tbsp (chopped )

Italian species 1/2 tsp (to taste )

Paneer 200 gms

Eggs 2-3

Oil 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Bread slices 4-8

Butter 1-2 tsp


Method :


In a kadai heat oil ,throw in the onion ,chilly and let it change colour.

Add salt and toss.

Add crumbled paneer and give a good mix.

Add coriander leaves Italian species and give a good mix.

Break in eggs and toss well its dry.

Now butter the bread slices on both sides.

Place one slice on the toaster and place the paneer mixture on it .

Place another buttered slice on top of it .

Close the toaster and allow it to get brown.

Serve hot with sauces of your choice.
