Pork Curry

A very flavourful gravy for this meat has an enriched taste !!
This concoction results in a beautiful smooth textured gravy which is always a super duper hit !!

Ingredients:-
Pork 500 gms
Onion 2 (sliced)
Tomato 2 ( sliced)
R chilly 1
G chilly 1
Curry leaves a few
Ginger garlic paste 11/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Chicken masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder ½- ¾ tsp
Red chilly powder ½ - 1 tsp ( to taste )
Salt to taste
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Method ;-
In a pressure cooker heat oil.
Add onions ,let it get brown.
Add tomato fry till mushy.
Add ginger garlic fry wee ,till raw smell goes.
Now add the pork pieces and give it a toss.
Add the powders, salt water (1-11/2 cup) ,pressure cook for 10- 12 min.
Release the pressure ,check if its cooked .
When its cooked allow it to boil till the raw smell goes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note :-
The pork meat is supposed to be thick wherein it takes a long time to cook .Also care should be taken with oil for this meat by nature has loads of oil content.
