Is there any one who dislikes this vegetable ?
Pepper ,Amchoor with Potoato is high in flavour ,leaves ones taste buds repeatedly
asking for more .

Serves : 2
Cooking time : 20 min
Ingrdients :
Potato 200 gms (sliced )
Crushed pepper 1tsp
Amchoor powder ¾ tsp
Oil 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Method :
In a pan heat heat oil add potato , salt and toss .
Close with a lid and cook till it is half done.
Add pepper and amchoor powder and keep frying till it is nicely roasted.
Serve hot with roti / rice.
