Burnt Garlic Moringa Noodles

Garlic known for its strong ,aromatic pungent flavour is further caramalized or burnt to bring out a all its potenial .This flavour is further combined with moringa noodles which is loaded with goodness of iron which results in a highly umami flavoured concocation.
This noodles is likely to steal the hearts of many !!

Serves : 2
Ingredients :-
Moringa wheat noodles 1 pack ( 200 gms )
Garlic chopped 1-11/2 tbsp
Cabbage chopped ½ cup
Chilli flakes ½ - 1 tsp ( to taste )
Seasoning powder ½ tsp ( preferred choice )
Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Method ;-
In a wide pan boil water with salt & oil.
Add the noodles & cook for 5 -7 min.
Drain in a colander.Let it cool.
Heat oil in a wide pan ,toss in garlic ,allow it to get brown.
Add chilli flakes,spring ,onion & cabbage .Cook for 2-3 min.
Now add the cooked noodles ,salt and mix well.
Serve hot.
